Stockport and District Society of Model Engineers Ltd.The Club was formed in 1946. The first meeting was held on 30th August 1946 at the Dyers and Bleachers Club in Tiviot Dale, Stockport.

City of Sunderland Model Engineering Society Ltd

Welcome to the City of Sunderland Model Engineering Society’s website. We are located in Roker Park, Sunderland, a very attractive venue right on the sea front. Most weekends, see us giving rides to the public on our multi-gauge railway but railways aren’t the only thing that interest our members. We have access to an excellent model boating lake, so our marine modellers are well catered for. Many of our members are interested in other kinds of engineering – traction engines, steam cars (the paths make excellent roadways), steam engines and turbines, ic engines – just to name a few. Whatever your interest, we’ll be glad to welcome you.

Phoenix Locos

We offer a wide range of locos which are suitable for the garden railway or the largest club track. If your interest is scale mainline or narrow gauge you will find something to suit your interest and budget. If you prefer to ride in, or on your loco the new Scooter or Geep provide sit in comfort and the power to haul passengers. Locos are usually provided as kits but we also offer a building service for customers who prefer a ready to run loco. A lot of our freelance locos such as the Geep, Project loco, Titan and Comet range are supplied in a powder coated colour of your choice.

City of Oxford Society of Model Engineers

The railway consists of a ground-level track,gauges 5; and 7 1/4, length 762 feet, and a raised-level track, gauges 3 1/2; and 5, length 1163 feet. The railway is open on the first, third, and occasional fifth Sunday of each month from April to October, and also on Bank Holidays, and on Wednesdays during the summer school holidays.

Wigan and District Model Engineering Society

Wigan and District Model Engineering Society was founded in 1937 to foster and encourage the hobby of Model Engineering in and around the Wigan area. Fundamentally providing forums and facilitating the meeting of like minded people to provide encouragement, support and mutual cooperation between interested parties.

Harrow and Wembley Model Engineers

Harrow and Wembley Society of Model Engineers have a permanent ground level multi-gauge track network, consisting of 31/2,  5 and 71/4 inch gauge and a continuous run. The the minimum curve radius, 54 ft (16.5 m).  The length is 1200 ft (366 m) continuous or 2270 ft (692 m) out and back to terminus.
